Do they need water or sunlight?

None at all! That is the beauty of Maison Blooms. They never wilt, never need watering, and keep their vibrant color year-round. They are perfect for homes, offices, and businesses.

How do I clean them?

Simply use a gentle duster or a cool, low-power hair dryer to remove dust occasionally. They will look brand new for years.

Where do you ship?


We offer nationwide shipping across New Zealand via NZ Post. Whether you are in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, or a rural town, we ensure your order reaches you securely. We are also pleased to offer international shipping, bringing our handcrafted floral art to customers around the globe.

How is my bouquet packed?

Each order is meticulously hand-wrapped in our Signature layered paper and placed in a sturdy, protective corrugated cardboard box to ensure it arrives in perfect, boutique-ready condition.

How long will shipping take?

Orders are typically dispatched from our Dunedin studio within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, NZ Post generally takes 2–4 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your NZ Post tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Gifting & Customization

Can I include a message with my gift?

Absolutely! We offer a FREE personalized gift card with every purchase. Simply write your message in the "Gift Message" box at checkout, and we will elegantly print it on a premium card to include in your package.

Can I request a custom bouquet?

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great pride in our protective packaging. However, if your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged box and bouquet, and we will make it right.
